Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a valid certification for Powered Industrial Truck Forklift & Powered Pallet Jack (Class I,II & III). Minimum 1 year work experience as a forklift operator involving the use of counterbalance and reach forklifts. Must be able to lift around 50 lbs to 80 lbs. Must be able to work inside the cold storage warehouse or walk-in freezer for long hours. Must possess or be able to obtain food handler certification. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Prospective applicants will be required to undergo the Forklift Operator Skills Evaluation or Performance test for both Standing Electric Reach Truck and the Counterbalance Forklift and must get at least 58 points out of 100 to pass for each test or evaluation. Alternatively, applicants may be required to demonstrate expertise in driving and navigating the counterbalance and reach forklifts safely in a tight space inside the cold storage warehouse or walk-in freezer. A skills testing may be required for further assessment of the applicant's qualifications which is equally applicable to US workers and CW-1 workers..

The job locations: Unit 6 Rem Ctr Cheribiyan Dr Gualo Rai, Tun Herman Pan Road, Dandan; and Pali Arnold Rd, Chalan Laulau, Saipan, CNMI. Selected applicant for the job opportunity will need to travel to and reside in Saipan, CNMI to perform the services or labor required by the job opportunity.
Selected workers will be paid $9.30 per hour as regular hourly wage rate. Overtime will be available to the workers. The overtime wage rate shall be 1.5 times the regular wage rate or $13.95 per hour. The workers’ wages shall be paid bi-weekly.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
